Our Chef

Originally from the Périgord region, and inspired by the markets of the Gers and the generosity of the South-West, Adrien Castillo offers you a short menu that is regularly renewed.

After a prestigious career and a wealth of international experience, he has returned to his roots here in the Gers. His cuisine blends creativity, technical skills and short distribution channels, reflecting a personal style that is never ostentatious, but always sincere and generous.

Accessible and passionate, Adrien enjoys talking to local producers and guests alike - for him, cooking is above all about sharing.
